1 Fresh Pineapple
Shot in the Dark Pineapple Party Tropical Rub
1. Preheat grill/oven or desired cooking device to 425 degrees F.
2. Carefully cut away the pineapple skin from the top to the bottom. Core pineapple and slice into ½” thick slices.
3. Place pineapple rings in a single layer on baking sheets. Generously cover with rub, flip and repeat on second side.
4. Cook until tender, about 25 minutes. Remove from heat source and top with rub once again. Serve warm. Recommendations to compliment vanilla ice cream, salads, hamburger topping, chicken or fish.
