RIBS BABY!!!

 With this 3rd place call, Shot in the Dark has climbed into the top 10 for Team of the Year in Ribs with the St. Louis BBQ Society.  Ribs are the only meat that we exclusively use Shot in the Dark rubs & seasonings on for competition.  Maybe we should rethink the other meat recipes????
